- Hello_MsgBox: Using the Dabo Class Designer to produce what may be the simplest GUI application. Written by Bill Maxwell.
Written Docs
- Auto-generated API Documentation is now available. We'll try to keep this reasonably up to date.
We've put this page in, with optimistic hope that we will soon have full and complete documentation for Dabo. We have even created a separate project for it, and will do it in DocBook format and provide it for easy download to PDF, plain text, HTML, or whatever else you want. Hell, we may even know someone that would be able to provide printed and bound copies of it.
But the truth is, Dabo is beta software and there's only two of us, so documentation is going to lag behind development. But we are pretty good writers, and we understand the thinking behind Dabo to a decent degree, so eventually we will have some links to useful documentation here.
We have also set up a Dabo Wiki where users and developers alike can contribute useful information and sample code and such. Please use that resource: it is only as valuable as the contributions you make to it.
